Singer was born on 26 November 1986 at Santa Monica California. The singer is the daughter of Vincenzo Barba, her father and Valerie Barba. The family relocated from New Jersey's Point Pleasant to Jersey at the age of six. In New Jersey, she finished her studies through Red Bank Catholic High School. After that, she went to Catholic University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in architecture. Additionally, she began playing the violin around the age of four and was referred to as Violin Girl. She was referred to by her first name because of her appearances. She was also instrumental teacher to the children of the surrounding area. At the age of 19 she entered the sixth American Idol season and performed the single Free 1976. Her audition was canceled when she finished 16th in American Idol. She performed a number of songs including 'The Christmas song,' 2009 and 'Out for Blood' 2010 among others. In July, the artist was discovered to be in possession of more than 400 grams of Fentanyl, with intent to distribute.
